Existing in the world today is a tough gig. If it feels hard, it’s because it is hard. Despite all our privilege, we find it hard to feel satisfied.
Even if we run ourselves ragged being everything to everyone, heavy with mental load and dizzy with lists and calendar bookings, rarely do we say “This is the life I want.”
I don’t know about you, but once I moved out of the hectic hot mess of my early 20s, and into the roles of wife, mother and worker, I became shackled with a dull undercurrent of terrible, aching fear:
“Is this it?”
“Is this (perfectly OK and comfortable) life as good as it gets for me?”
“Will I arrive at the grave saying I squeezed all the juice out of life?”
My hope for us all is that at the end of it all, AT A BARE MINIMUM we can feel like we lived our lives well. That it wasn’t a waste. That we were IN IT, and that it wasn’t just something that happened TO us.

· traditional coaching (drawing answers, solutions and insights from you),
· mentoring (sharing what has worked for me and others), and
· advice (giving recommendations about what I think would work in your situation - which you can then take or leave).
Humans are made to be interdependent, to support and be supported. I’m here hold space for you, support you and encourage you - all with compassion and the occasional dollop of candid feedback and curly questions.
